I agree with what this guy says but I don't think its always who shoots first wins. I've seen some people mess up pretty bad and get countered.

I agree with what this guy says but I don't think its always who shoots first wins. I've seen some people mess up pretty bad and get countered. agreed. everyone wrestles differently this is just an option. Some great wrestlers were defensive |

Just because its basic does not mean its not beneficial. The best of the best goes over the basic everyday. Plus this is for everyone from beginners to pros |
